Stage-Gate International Enters Alliance
With The Institute for the Study of Business Markets (ISBM)
UNIVERSITY PARK, PA (November 8, 2007)–The Institute for the Study of Business Markets
(ISBM) at Penn State's Smeal College of Business is pleased to announce that it has recently
entered into an alliance agreement with Stage-Gate International The alliance will enable
the two organizations to work more closely together to conduct high quality research and
develop best practices and methods in the specialty field of product innovation for organizations
with a focus on business-to-business markets.
For more than two decades, Dr. Robert G. Cooper, President of Stage-Gate International, ISBM Distinguished

to ISBM member firms.

scheduled for March 18-19, 2008 in Clearwater, Florida. “The seminar topic ‘Developing
a Product Innovation Strategy and Deciding your New Products Portfolio’ was selected
for its timely importance to ISBM member firms,” notes Michelle Jones, Executive Vice
President of Stage-Gate International “The two day program features Dr. Cooper as the
seminar leader and its content and material is tailored to address the specific needs of
innovation executives leading business-to-business organizations.”
