Product Development Institute (PDI) is dedicated to helping companies improve their approach to new product development and portfolio management. With over fifty years of research and consulting experience combined, Dr. Robert G. Cooper and Dr. Scott J. They have been published more than 200 times and written nine books; creating a wide body of research knowledge.
